02 · Information collected and methods
When you access the site, technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, access time and request logs may reach the hosting infrastructure. When you write to us, your name, email, message and attachments are processed. Shopping transactions may involve your name, phone, email, delivery and billing addresses, product, quantity, amount, transaction reference and order/payment status. Information is obtained electronically from you, browser requests and service-provider transaction notifications. The contact form opens your own email application; the message is transmitted only when you send it. The current account and newsletter forms do not create an account or subscription, or transmit the entered information to a server for those purposes.
03 · Purposes and legal bases
Data needed to answer product and order enquiries, carry out sales and arrange delivery is processed for entering into or performing a contract (KVKK 5/2-c); invoicing and mandatory records for legal obligations (5/2-ç); and complaint, return and dispute records for establishing, exercising or protecting a right (5/2-e). Technical processing needed for site security and operation relies on legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (5/2-f). Marketing requiring separate permission is not initiated on the basis of this text.
04 · Recipients of information
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes visitor requests. Contact email uses the GoDaddy E-posta Başlangıç service; correspondence and attachments are transmitted and stored through that email service. KEP correspondence passes through the KEP provider. The selected payment provider is iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.); order, amount, contact and billing details needed for payment are shared with it. Card details are entered on iyzico’s payment page. The iyzico privacy policy describes processing within its own service. Recipient, address and phone details needed for delivery may be passed to Yurtiçi Kargo, and records required by law to competent authorities.
05 · Service infrastructure abroad
Hosting and email services may use systems abroad, so technical access logs and email correspondence may be processed outside Türkiye. Domestic-only sales therefore do not mean all personal data is kept solely in Türkiye. Details of providers’ processing arrangements are available in the policies of Vercel / GoDaddy. The conditions and applicable safeguards under KVKK 9 must be met for international transfers. This notice does not replace a transfer authorisation, explicit consent or a standard contract. 06 · Cookies and browser storage
The site uses browser storage for language, bag and cookie preferences and an exchange-rate cache. Rates are obtained from Frankfurter; technical information such as an IP address may reach that service during the connection. Advertising and analytics tracking are not active on the current site. 07 · Retention, security and deletion
Personal data is retained only for the time needed for its purpose and applicable legal retention obligations. Order and invoice records follow relevant tax, accounting and consumer legislation; complaint and dispute records follow the periods needed to exercise and protect rights. When the grounds for processing cease, deletion, destruction or anonymisation provisions apply. The security approach includes preventing unauthorised access, restricting access by role and protecting account details. The website connection is encrypted with HTTPS. Do not send card numbers, card security codes or account passwords by email.
08 · Your rights and requests
Under KVKK 11, you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it is, learn the purpose and whether use is consistent with it, know recipients in Türkiye or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where legal conditions are met, request notification of corrections and deletions to recipients, object to adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for harm from unlawful processing.
