Distance Sales Agreement
01 · Parties

02 · Subject and order details
The agreement covers the sale and delivery of the selected clothing product. When online sales open, the product, size, colour, quantity, tax-inclusive price, shipping charge, total amount, payment method and delivery terms must be provided in the order-specific pre-contract information, and it must be clear that confirming the order creates an obligation to pay. This general page does not replace the order-specific pre-contract information or copy of the agreement.
03 · Payment and delivery
Orders are handed to Yurtiçi Kargo within 2 business days of payment confirmation. This is the dispatch period, not the delivery time to the customer. Product prices include VAT and exclude shipping. A flat shipping charge of 149 TL, including VAT, is added once per domestic order; the product subtotal, shipping and total payable are shown separately in the bag. Delivery takes place within the stated period and, except for the custom-made production exception, no later than 30 days. Undisclosed additional charges cannot be imposed on the consumer. The seller bears the risk of loss and damage until delivery by the carrier specified by the seller.
04 · Withdrawal and refunds
Withdrawal notices, return shipments, shipping costs and refunds are explained on the Delivery & Returns page; those terms form part of this agreement.
Impossibility of delivery
If fulfilment becomes impossible, the consumer is informed in writing or on a durable medium within 3 days of this becoming known. All amounts collected, including delivery charges, are refunded within 14 days of notification. A product being out of stock does not, by itself, constitute impossibility.
05 · Defective products
If a product does not have the agreed characteristics, the consumer may, subject to the legal conditions, withdraw from the agreement, request a price reduction, free repair or replacement with a non-defective product. These rights are not restricted to the no-reason withdrawal period.
06 · Requests and scope
Sales and delivery are limited to Türkiye. Order-related requests may be sent to contact@dagdroom.de. The consumer retains the right to apply to the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court.
