Delivery & Returns

Orders are handed to Yurtiçi Kargo within 2 business days of payment confirmation. This is the dispatch period, not the delivery time to the customer. Product prices include VAT and exclude shipping. A flat shipping charge of 149 TL, including VAT, is added once per domestic order; the product subtotal, shipping and total payable are shown separately in the bag. Please contact customer care for return requests.

Delivery area and timing

Delivery is available only to addresses in Türkiye. Once dispatched, delivery time may vary with the address and the carrier’s schedule. Subject to the promised delivery period and except for the custom-made production exception, delivery is completed within 30 days at the latest. For delivery questions, write to contact@dagdroom.de.

01 · Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason or paying a penalty; withdrawal before delivery is also possible. Send a clear withdrawal notice to contact@dagdroom.de. Its validity does not depend on customer care approval.

02 · Sending the product back

Send the product back within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal. Return recipient: Dagdroøm. Return address: 1821/1 Sokak 7/9 Bostanlı Karşıyaka / İZMİR. Return carrier: Yurtiçi Kargo. No return charge applies when using the specified carrier; if no carrier is specified, return costs cannot be imposed on the consumer either. Keep proof of shipment.

03 · Refunds

Refunds, including delivery costs, are made within 14 days of handing the product to the specified carrier; if another carrier is used, the period starts when the seller receives the product. For withdrawal before delivery, the period starts with the notice. Refunds are made using a method appropriate to the original payment instrument, in a single payment and without charges.

04 · Product condition and exceptions

The consumer BUYER must return the goods to the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days of sending the withdrawal notice. The invoice, box, packaging, any standard accessories and other products given as gifts with the purchase must also be returned to the SELLER complete and undamaged. During the withdrawal period, the consumer BUYER must use the goods in accordance with their operation, technical specifications and instructions; otherwise the buyer is responsible for resulting changes and deterioration.

Statutory exceptions may apply to custom-made products and to products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once their protective packaging has been opened. Not all pyjamas or clothing automatically fall under the hygiene exception.

05 · Exchanges and faulty products

Direct exchanges based on size or colour preference are not offered. To choose another size or colour, return the original product under the withdrawal right and these return terms, then place a new order subject to stock availability. The new order is subject to the prices and shipping terms in force when placed. The refund is processed independently within the period and by the method stated above; another purchase is not required. Contact contact@dagdroom.de for help. For defective or incorrect deliveries, statutory remedies, including replacement with a non-defective product where the legal conditions apply, remain available; a new order is not required. Photos can help with assessment, but exercising your rights is not conditional solely on supplying photos.

06 · Sample withdrawal notice
